About
Charis is a native Central Oregonian and a graduate of Redmond High School. She graduated from COCC School of Massage with high honors and got her state and national massage licenses in 2000.
Initially, she worked under the supervision of various chiropractors and a naturopath in Portland, Oregon. Then returned to Central Oregon in 2004 to be closer to family. After being a business owner for most of her adult life and enjoying the freedom it brought, she decided to go into the massage business as a sole practitioner.
With a lifetime of experience in caring for others needs and over 10 years experience in the massage and Reflexology fields, she loves to expand her knowledge and improve techniques. Since graduating massage school she has compiled over 150 hours of continuing education from East West School of the Healing Arts in Portland, and Sage School of Massage in Bend. Charis has studied Swedish massage, Hydrastone therapy, deep tissue and sports massage, Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Myokineses and Osteokineses, and Reflexology. She is a member of the Oregon Massage Therapists Association.
Charis has offices in Bend and Redmond.
